Hi , My name is sunil. My friend is living in Thompson , Manitoba and has been working there for the past three years and he has obtained his PR status now but still waiting for the PR card to be issued by next month . Soon after he recieves his PR will be eligible to sponsor me and my family or he will have to wait for a certain period of time to sponsor me after he gets the PR card ?? Someone pls help with a reply . Thank You
