Many Questions for Visa Application EEA2

Hi. first excuse me for my bad english hope u will understand want i mean.

Here is our sitation:
- I am a young German Citizen and getting monthly 500 Pounds Pension payments from the the German Pension Insurance Union because of Sickness and Disabelty of 60%
- My Husband is Pakistani Citizen and did his Masters here in UK 2010 and is now on his second working permit visa (the last one was for 1 Year) and will expiere in februar this year.
- We are offcial married since august 14
- His Employer cant effort to pay him more and sponsor him again a working visa..he can stay in work but for his actual salary.
- Because of my heavy sickness i must leave themporay for few month Uk and my husband dont wana let me alone and wana come with me, for this he allready apply for a german family reunion visa. We got the notice from german embassy that he got his visa for 3 month he only need to come and pick it up. His Employer is willing to give him unpaid offtime for this Period when he is in Germany.
- He dont wana lose his Uk Visa so we bouth are free to come back after i m again strong enough to stay in Uk. ( of course i will keep recieving my sickpays)

Now my Questions:

- Can he apply now for a eea2 visa ?
- After Applying for eea2 and getting his original papers back, can he leave uk and come to me to germany. How he can reenter Uk because his actual visa is expiering in februar.
- Can he stay whole time with me in germany ? till the desicion of his Uk visa ll be arrived. For example can we gave a friends adress and he can inform us when the visa arrieves ..so my husband can drive back and take his visa.
- Or should he NOT apply now? in this case how it will work if we wana bouth come back to Uk again?
- Can He Appply from outside eea2? or on which visa he should apply?
- Can we apply with a Copy of my ID. I would let made a Copy in German embassy with a Stamp on it that this is an original Copy. I need my ID for my Own travel in the next days and cant wait till the originals comes back again.
-Do i need extra anything i only have the letter from the German Pension Insurance Union which i wana let translate in english.


I am Little confused because a legal immigartion adivser toald me today ur husband can t come back to Uk because U as German citizen must work- and ur Pension is not enough!- ..But when i call the Uk Goverment they said ..No its ok he can come back.

Please Help... What is the best Way for us.

I will assume here its more than 3 months. So you have exercised your right of free movement, lets assume again that it was as a worker with temporary illness or as self-sufficient.
So your husband can return to Germany with you and can apply for a residence certificate there. When he gets it he can travel anywhere in Europe with you.

Ok before you leave the UK he can apply for his residence certificate here and use friends address for the post or even your address in Germany.

-I am here since 2012 but i am off and on .that means i travel a lot to germany because of treatmenst for my sickness.

-I am getting tempory sickness since 2007 , because of my younge age i must apply every 2 years from new.
But i am expecting to getting the next years also my condition doesnt get better. The actuall convermation of my sickpayments - (with this convermation my husband will apply for his visa) - will expire in June 2015 so i must apply again in March.

So your husband can return to Germany with you and can apply for a residence certificate there.
-But for this i need to come and settle down here in Uk again ?
- And then apply for eea2 or other Visa ?

When he gets it he can travel anywhere in Europe with you.
_ He can travel with me together and our Marrige Certificat right? ..But he cant work here or ?

---- OK and how it is about HIS Fingerprints .. when will they requier them ?

----And last question: Can HE apply with a Certified COPY from the Germany Embasy of my German ID? or do they need the Original.
