Marriage advice on tier 5 advice pls

Post by alibt » Tue Jun 12, 2012 4:33 pm

Hi and thanks for any help you can give me on the following subjects.

1. My girlfriend is here from indonesia on a tier 5 voluntry visa (12months) this is the third time she has been here on this type of visa. we are now in a relationship and planning a family. I am english but not working now after a heart attack. I am getting ESA and Disability allowance.

What i would like to know is

1. Can we get married on a tier 5 visa
2. If we have a child would my fiancee have to return home while she is pregnant or be allowed to stay in the uk

any help would be appreciated

thanks

if you are a settled person then you need to comply with the requirements introduced in july 2012 for arranging the visa for your partner
