Hi,

Great Board. Congratulations.

I am living in Ireland and have been in a relationship with a Romanian citizen for five years and would like to apply for full EU treaty rights. (EU1)

Is this possible in Ireland (with a Romanian partner?)

Which countries in EU grant full residency rights in this case.

More details would help in this case. What is your citizenship? Where is the Romanian person living? Ireland also? Has your relationship been long distance?

i am a Tunisian citizen living in Ireland.and have been in a durable relationship with a Romanian citizen for five years.and would like to apply for a full EU treaty rights [EU1].
is this possible in Ireland with a Romanian partner.
which countries in the EU grant full residency rights in this case.

PS.please note that Romanian citizens do need work permit to join the labor market in ireland.
