Marriage in UK EU partner with Non EU partner on visit visa

Dear all

Can you please advice what is the steps to get married from eu partner in London my self I am on visit visa and my partner is Spanish just started to work this month in London
1-is it possible to get married in UK?
2-what are the steps
3-we are genuine couple but she is older than me by 10 years we have met 2 years ago in other country and currently living together in London again I am on visit visa (egyptian nationality )

The Home Office don't approve of couples marrying while on a visitor visa. New regulations now require the Registrar to notify the Home Office if the marriage involves anyone who is a foreign national with no settled immigration status. You are likely to be required to give 70 days notice of marriage at a Home Office designated Registry Office and you both may well face an in-depth interview by Immigration officials before the decision is made as to whether the wedding is allowed to go ahead. You will also be questioned as to why you entered on a visitor visa with the intention to marry.

Have you heard about any one got married on visitor visa
i entered on visit visa because the situation on my country is not stable and to enter on marriage visa might take more than a year as I have a Firend he got his visa after 3 years
