Marriage in UK

Hi,

I am an indian national on ILR for the past 8 months. I want to get married according to UK law with my Indian partner who is on a WP. Poeple I spoke to do not have a clue. Can you please let me know where to start. Thank you.

You have to apply first for a COA from the Home Office for permission to marry. This can take around 3-6 weeks to be issued.
