Marriage visa with non british/EEA National

Hi,
Hope everyone doing well, just need some immigration advice. Me & my fiancé wants to get married in the UK. We both were married before and both have leave to remain 2.5 years. I am divorced & switched my visa to parent visa in the UK. But the question is if my fiance & me get married in the UK. Can she apply for a spouse visa on my behalf? Or do we have to wait until i get my Indefinite leave to remain? Any help would be appreciated.

I think she would have to wait until you get ILR.
