Marriage visitor visa

Hi there,

I am currently working an IT firm and on Tier 2 ICT work permit, my fiance is planning to come to UK for a visit, so we are planning to get married in the UK...post which she will go back and complete her studies in India,my company would be applying for her dependent visa in september. few of my friends have warned me to not go the marriage visitor visa as UKBA might suspect my fiance or our marriage as a sham marriage done so that she could come to the UK... would really appreciate if people can advise...if its ok for my fiance to come on Marriage visitor visa and then go back to india and apply for dependent visa.
