Marriage in UK with a 10 year Visit Visa?

Hi,

Can a Pakistani Native marry their partner in the UK who has EU settled status?

Do they need to switch their Visa to a Visit marriage visa or a fiancé visa or able to marry on the 10 year visit visa?
