marrige visa

I have an enquiry regarding my wifes visa.
I'm asylum in UK since 2000. I brought my wife before 8 months. and they stump her passport with two year visa.
I wanted to know do her status depend on my status, i.e when I apply to the naturalazation can I include her in my application. and right now can she apply for a travel document before the two year visa finish.
in an enquiry to the HO the solicter asked about the visa if its a wrong one because its written she dont have any access to any public fund and no work permission.but the HO told that the visa is ok.
on what they depend for this desicion.
as I know the a sylum seeker have the right to bring his wife, and she got all his rights.
also if the visa is wrong what I need to do and how she can get NI so she can find a job.

Hi Ihsan,

Your wife's visa appears to be ok - nothing to worry about. Just get on with your life, apply for the NI number, work, etc etc.
She will have to complete 2 years on her current visa + 1 year after that having a permanent stay = 3 years, and only after that will be able to apply for citizenship.
