marrying a french girl

I am here on student visa from 3 years , i am going to marry my french girlfriend in france , and i have 6 months left on my visa ,
i want to ask ..
Is it ok to marry?
and after marrying do i have to send my passport to french embassy and then apply for visa in uk ?
please tell me the whole process

Of course OK to marry. But following the marriage, where will the two of you live? In the UK? Is your fiancée already living in the UK and thus exercising Treaty Rights? If so, how? Employed? Self-employed? A student? Or how?

yes she lives with me in tonbridge , but she don't work cuz she is lazy

In that case she might be exercising EU Treaty Rights as a self-sufficient person. But that begs the question, does she have comprehensive sickness insurance?

This is not an academic matter. Unless your wife, as she will be, is properly exercising Treaty Rights in the UK, then you cannot be issued with a residence Card, as her family member.
