Marrying partner with pre-settled status

Hi there!

I'm a British citizen and my partner was born in the UK but has Austrian nationality. He was granted pre-settled status in February 2020 for 5 years.

We are hoping to get married in 2022 but wondered if there are any restrictions on getting married with him just having pre-settled status?

No restrictions. You can just go ahead and marry.
