maternity leave and FLR (M)

Post by Nad6 » Sun Jan 18, 2015 9:52 am

Hi everyone i had a question regarding the FLR (M) application I will be applying to extend my husbands spouse visa to complete the 5 years, in the near future.
I am thinking of planning a family but had concern please see a scenario below:

I have recently returned back to work from Maternity leave after 39 weeks as you all are aware during maternity leave you are paid the statuatory pay which is much lower the financial requirement required , however before going on maternity I did meet the financial requirement and am back on it now. My question is that how do I go about this?

Firstly my p60 would not show the the financial requirement .

Secondly payslips from the past 6 months will have some statutory payslips.

Would I only include payslips before going to maternity? If so they would not be prior 6 months.

Also can I combine my husbands income with mine?

I just wanted to know if planning a family and going on maternity will have an impact on my husbands extension visa?

Thanks in advance!
