May I change Tier2 to Tier4? Please help me

Any one can help me?

I came to UK 07.2007
I have done:
1 year language course in Kaplan Aspect
4 years BA(Hons) Graphic Design course
1 year Master design course-level 7 (visa) until 01.2014 -------until here I have done 5years degree course!

Jan.2014- now I got Tier2 visa.
But i have to leave this job as soon as possible because some reasons. May I apply one MSc International Business Management programme (level 7)course after i done those 5 years course? it is different between my Master Design degree.

most school has no PHD on Graphic Design.I have to change a major!

some one said I can not apply a level 7 degree course again. It is better apply ACCA.

but some one said I can apply a level 7 degree course.

Which one is right??????

You can't apply for any level 5 or level 7 course again. Only option for you to is to apply for PhD courses with some university.

but some lawyer said it can be. because it has a rule said if the your undergraduate has four years course than your can done two years master course. But I don't know, may I truth him. It has no Graphics PHD course in here. School won't offer me PHD in different course.

Yes if your Undergrad course is for 4 years then you another 2 years to complete your Masters program. You may apply for another Masters program may be MBA is a good idea.

Level 7 ACCA course is for 3 years so you will cross the limit.
