MEDICAL - Doctors Authorised list - does anyone have a link

Tried searching for the authorised list to get a medical and couldn't see one - does anyone have the link please?

Also, can you send the medical certificate and police check after submitting form 47SP (Spouse Visa)?

Also, what are the time guidelines?

Any help appreciated!
