Medical lab technician looking for an overseas job

Hello all.
Am a qualified Medical laboratory technician up to degree level, currently practicing in my country-Kenya in Africa. but i would really love to work in Canada or Uk, but i cant get any offers!
Anybody with a smart idea on international openings?
