
I have a query regarding the Medical Treatment Evidence
I have chosen on my Graduate Visa application that I have paid for some medical treatment. (Dental Access Centre). At the end of application process I was asked to submit evidence. However, I do not have a receipt of this.
I have a bank statement showing the amount deducted on that date.
When I expand the specific payment in the online banking portal it does show further details such as who charged and when account transaction happened and when money was debited from account. However, payment seems to have been charged to the operating organisation of the dental access centre, who has a different name and address from the name and address of dental access centre that I have written in the application form. (But in the same city, and not too far away).
Can showing both;
1.Full month Bank Statement - with amount debited (standard NHS dental payment charge), along with, 2.Screenshot of the expanded payment section in online banking page for further clarity on trasaction date and debited date
3. A letter address to UKVI describing the evidence as above.
be sufficient as evidence?
Is there other advice you might have that maybe useful for me?
