Medical treatment question

One of the question for my wife skilled workers dependent visa: “Did you receive medical treatment in the UK?
For example, if you visited a doctor, clinic or hospital, this counts as having medical treatment”

I’m confused about this question? So she gave birth in one of the hospitals. She goes to the dentist, went maybe once to the GP.
Are all these need to be mentioned ? And record each visit?
