Medical Treatment Question Tier 4 (General) student

Hello!

I am filling Tier 4 (General) Student Visa Application and I am Required to fill in the details of Medical Treatment.

I do have some Medical treatment history at the UK and I am not sure If I should provide my every single Visit details to the GP on the Application, Because I have been to the GP for more than 10 times I guess. In addition, do I need to provide the nature of my illness on the Application as well or Just give them only the details they require Such as Surgery Name, Address, Time of the Treatment?

List as many as the form will allow. It will probably allow 10, but if it stops letting you add treatments, you can add the info in the free text field at the end.

As with every question, just give the information it asks for. The form requires specific factual information, no more. It is not attempting to trick you.
