Re: ILR-Maintenance fund required or not!

But does it have to be for 90 days?
I cannot find this anywhere.
Only logic would be because we always showed fund for 90 days we might assume it is for the same!

ILR-Maintenance fund required or not!

Hi All, I have been reading the relevant posts but don't see concrete rule which says no Maintenance fund required for ILR! Whereas the online eligibility For ILR in gov.uk website leads to points based calculator and in that we only can choose Tier 1 and as we know for Tier 1 G FLR maintenance fund...

Thanks. So, while applying she(dependent) will apply as a dependent and once ILR is approved, she will be independent and she gets the same right as the primary applicant (me)? And also does she have to look after the requirements for her naturalisation and the primary applicant will not have any af...

Meaning is she/he independent after getting the ILR or still dependent to the main applicant? 2)if she/he is still dependent after ILR, when does the dependent become independent of th...

Thanks man.

I always have he thought that the dependent cannot stay in the UK without the primary applicant present!!!

Maybe it sprouted from the rule that the dependant cannot enter the UK first time without the primary applicant!!

Primary applicant outside UK; dependant in UK

Hello All,
can you please tell me if the dependant can stay back in the UK for 2 months when the primary applicant (my wife) goes to India to be with her parents as she is pregnant?

Will this cause any trouble while applying for extension?

Warm Regards

Certainly for EU cases control of the company is needed. HSK Acc...

Invoice - Ltd company

Greetings!
When we talk about submitting invoices by Ltd company applicants, are we meaning the signed and accepted invoices returned to us from the clients? Or the ones we send to the clients in the company letter head?
