Re: ILR for Spouse & Child

Thanks CR001 & Vinny,

As per my understanding, the ILR - BRP can be renewed "N" number of times if anyone preferred to continue in ILR and not going for naturalisation/citizenship. Am I correct.

Thanks All. I have applied for my spouse & child and they have been granted ILR on the same day. Re: ILR for Spouse & Child

Yes CR001, I will do..

My confusion is that in section 7.13, the question is based on 5 years ccontinous ILR calc period or any gap. Please provide your view.

And my spouse requires only 2 years continous period to qualify for ILR.

Re: ILR for Spouse & Child

In my application case, the applicant was out of UK for more then 6 months, but that time will be split into two different ILR contin...

Re: ILR for Spouse & Child

Thanks Vinny.

This means for my spouse application the continuous period is only 2 years for getting ILR since she came in Nov'2010 for first time & continuing in same visa with extensions.

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

You stated YOU got ILR a year back. On what basis did you get ILR, PBS route or 10 years long residence? I was on Tier-2 ICT Visa and got my ILR through 5 year route. My Spouce & child are on Tier-2 PBS dependent. My spouse entered UK first time in Nov'2010 and continuing in the same visa with exte...
