Same situation here Jenny and got my ILR yesterday thru the spouse route. You know cost wise, there is no difference which route you take. BNO visa also needs to pay for the same amount when it comes to ILR.

Check at 1am - they only accept a certain numbers of super priority applications each day so once the quota is filled up, the option is no longer available. However it will re open everyday at 1am.

The list was only updated yesterday so your solicitor might be yet aware of it. Show the website to him/her.

To make it clear, I first booked the PSC on 25th Oct then changed to another PSC centre on 7 Nov.

on the PSC checklist, the date of application is stil 25th Oct.
