Query on switching from Tier 2 ICT Dependant to Tier 4 Visa

Hi

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT Dependant visa with leave to remain permission till November 2021.

I have secured admission for a Masters Programme and wanted to check if I can switch to Tier 4 visa from within UK?
