MN1 Online Form

Hi,

MN1 online form asks for professional referee's DOB & Passport number. Both of them are mandatory.

Our school has agreed to give reference but i am not sure if they will be ready to share their personal details.

How are others coping with this pls?

Re: Ilr experience

Hi Aman, that's precisely the reason for me to write my case here. I went through lots of mixed opinions from solicitors.

I hope my case will help others who have switched from ICT to General category.

Absence letter from previous employer

Hi All, just a quick check.

I received absence letter from my previous employer on the last day with them which was in 2017.

This letter details breakdown of all my trips outside of the UK.

Can I use this letter which is dated in 2017 for my ILR in November 2019 ? Please advise.

Cheers

Re: Voting in Elections while on Tier 2

Thanks Casa. I did vote in local elections in last May. Will this have any effect on my ILR?

Also, I was about to use election poll cards as cohabitation docs as part of ILR. Will this have any negative effect?

Cheers

Re: Tier 2 to ILR application queries (Main and dependents)

Hi, We are in similar situation as yours towards ILR, hence asking you couple more on this. Mostly from dependent's perspective

1) Did you have to mention about spouse's earnings i.e. her PAYE anywhere in SET(O)?
2) Is there any requirement to specify dependent's NI number ?
