Yeah agreed but i have also heard that if the appeal is overturned then we dont have to appear in court and the process is quicker. I dont want to pay another application fee and wait again to know whether its approved or not because it can get refused again. Still havent decided what i will do. Al...

Re: Visa for child of settled person

Thanks Balaji for checking the document list . As for which appendix form to fill , I thought that it is appendix form 1 as per the below notes on main application " You should complete Appendix 1 if you wish to come to the UK as: • The adult dependant relative of a person who is present and settle...

I mean submitting another new application than appealing. Since I did not provide the SU07 and contract of employment, the refusal is valid and correct. Would an ECM overturn the decision if I supply these documents in appeal? Based on Franko's reply to your replies on the other chain, it may be co...

I sent an e-mail straight away to post to reconsider but they replied "I am writing this e-mail on behalf of the ECM. The onus is on the applicant to demonstrate that they meet the requirements of the relevant rules. In this case you failed to do so. You have the right of appeal against this decisi...

@Kumar - Only minus point from what I heard and seen from the forum is the time delay in processing the appeal. If you can wait till that time, then you can consider for appeal.

If you are satisfied with the documents you have; and you reapply, your application is likely to be processed a lot faster than usual - a friend of mine had his second application completed within 7 working days. Make sure you mention that in your supporting letter, all details of the refusal etc.....

Hi, I've asked the forum few times regarding the maintenance but unfortunately no reply. Which visa category your wife is currently in?

Based on my readings in this forum, one cannot get ILR from India instead the kids will have Entry Clearance. Once they are in UK, you can apply for settlement visa.
