Naturalisation

Good morning all
I was granted ilr on 3 years plus 3 years equals to 6 years discretionary leave to remain, i was an overstayer before being granted the first 3 years.
My question now is:
When can i apply for for naturalisation and apply for british citizenship/british passport?

Thanks in advance
