haha, well we have made a decision, we're just trying to be sensible and not rush into anything. And yes, I have a secure full time job in the creative industry, but it doesn't pay fabulously. I have enough money to support him, I just worry my application won't be as strong as it was when we applie...

Further leave to remain

Hello My partner and I were granted a fiance visa about 2 weeks ago and he is due to arrive in the UK in a few days. I'm a little concerned about what our next step should be. We would prefer to wait about 3 months before we get married, so we can make sure we're definitely making the right decision...

Should I be concerned that my application has so far taken 3 weeks to be processed? My fianc...

He is a US citizen who was previously here on a student visa, and I am a UK citizen. I sent all my documents over to him in the states for him to send with his application w...
