US visiting for Minor

Hello All,

My daughter is 1 year old (British passport holder). Currently she is in India. My parents are going to US in October on visitor visa (Indian citizens). If they want to take my daughter along with my parents to US would it be allowed? If its allowed is she needs visa?

Thank You in advance
