Hello lovely people, I have my settled status (Non EU citizen) issued last year December and now I am preparing to apply for BC. I have questions about English language requirement. I have Post graduate Diploma from UK, will it be accepted as an English language requirement? thanks a lot in advance.

Hi all

I have applied for settled status on 15/10/2022 and submitted all the documents as necessary. COA was also received on the same day 15/10/2022. Would someone please let me know what is turnaround time for Settled status application.

Nothing prevents them from getting married, but they cannot sponsor a spouse to migrate to the UK with pre-settled status. No they cannot. If they are a non EU citizen, they can only sponsor a partner under the more strict and costly UK immigration rules once they have settled status.
