Re: ILR for Tier 1 dependents

Thanks Zimba, as always appreciate your reply On the link of tier 1 family members page, there is no mention of funds maintenance requirements for the extension applications if I am not missing anything. The 1890£ each dependent is for initial application or is it for the extension as well? And if m...

Apologies if i am posting this in a wrong thread: I recently got my ILR under Tier 1 E 200K route, before i got my ILR i got my dependents pbs dependent visa which expires in Jan 2025, although they came to UK but did not live there and went back, I am hopeful that they will be back before their vis...

Re: last extension allowed under T1

I think dependents can take as many extenstions as they wish. as long as main applicant is either holding tier 1 or has converted it into ILR

Re: Admin Review Refusal ILR

Are you able to apply again? I assume you would have time left on your existing FLR

You mind sharing what ambiguties were highlighted by case worker? and you timeline?

I think rather tha chasing the AR, you should apply again

But Mods will soon give their expeer input

Tier 1 E 200K Family visa of wife and children query

Hi Mods,

I have applied for my dependents, can anyone confirm if we need to provide tenancy agreements. House maps etc? I have simply put in my flat's address and that is all.

In the immigration rules, I could not spot any such requirement.

Can anyone please comment?

Re: ILR break in continous period due to COVID

Thank you so much for your reply, yes i agree just pandemic alone shouldn't be a reason enough but when the flights stopped departing or getting cancelled at the last moment, the uncertainty became too much. May i please ask for your opinion on why they have not specifically added covid a a legit ex...

ILR break in continous period due to COVID

Hi, as you might be aware that the home office, for no apparent reasons, did not add Covid related exceptions to break in 180 days period for Tier 1 Entrepreneur 200K category when qualifying for the ILR. I read many articles where it was said that it was totally unfair to do this to by not providin...

Re: Calculating continuous period

thanks for the reply, yes i do fall under this as i hope being on red list does mean that there is a major travel disruption..... my point was they made a special covid clause for the many routes but did not add this clause to now closed tier1 entrepreneur categories, which made me wonder why would ...

Re: 180 days limit

I have posted posted a thread with a similar situation, waiting for experts' opinions.....

the paragraph you are quoting only applies to certain categories of visas, regular tier 1 entrepreneur (200K) does not fall under this, I think.

Re: New lockdowns and ILR days requirement

Brilliant sir thanks
My issue is: I have been away from 2.5 months since October and just when I am about to get back, we are seeing flight cancellations, God knows for how long it will continue for, but to be honest, other than British airways, rest of flights are operational I think

Re: New lockdowns and ILR days requirement

They should introduce some kind of relaxation but as facility of getting an extension to fulfil days requirement is available hence they might not. In existing rules, there is a provision where they have given Ebola example so let’s hope and wait that they come up with relaxed rule. For the flights,...

New lockdowns and ILR days requirement

Hi Everyone, mods and ever helpful Mac, As you might know I got my extension done, much thanks to mods here, and now kind of stuck outside UK. 2nd Extension Investment requirement

Hello Mods/members, As I have got my 1st extension under 200K, in your opinion, can I draw funds from my company account to my personal account? Someone said that as per D/L agreement provided to home office, one shouldn't decrease the investment level until ILR at the time of next extension, meanin...
