Re: Returning to UK without Article 10 card

My parents did apply for UK visa but they have done that several times in the past. It just so happened that this time when they applied for the UK visa, the circumstances changed between arriving in UK and moving to Ireland. A life event triggers a change in circumstances, that's not unusual. You ...

Re: Returning to UK without Article 10 card

Hello Are you a visa national? Do you intend to enter as a visitor? The OP is apparently a BC and moved to Ireland to use the EU route to bring parents from abroad. This application has failed. Parents don't appear to have any legal status in Ireland. Parent proved independence by applying for a UK...

Re: Refusal for EU4 - Review Process and other related questions

I know I have initial temporary stamp in passport as proof, but that doesnt mean anything. For instance, now they dont have any stamp and as per refusal letter they dont have status in the State. I know we have applied again and if I have a new stamp then again I can prove but at the moment I cannot...

As per Solvit, I should get a new stamp and only time will tell. What I dont understand is why it goes to repatriation unit if it is a new application? Anyone can comment on that part? @arz - what do you mean by UK route? I am trying to find information on it and stuck on the following: 1- Will I ne...

Does anyone know why even after 30 posts do I not have access to private messaging? My posts are not random either and are all around my parents' application.

Hi npayne I am still not clear about your current status. So you initially applied and it got refused for which you filed a review application, correct? Did you get a response of that review or that initial review is still ongoing? If your review application (EU4) was also rejected, what did you do ...

Re: Help in filling EUTR1 form

Hi shpirtshqipe Many thanks for your answer, I also however got a similar feedback from some else that once an initial application is failed, any subsequent application goes to the repatriation unit? Is this really true? I will answer No to the question as suggested. I wasnt sure if I was to answer ...
