Does anyone know if the visa fee is refunded if we cancel the application? We are switching from flr fp to flr m so the new application we have made is flr m from inside the uk if the fee is refundable to cancel how do we go about it ?

Segual am I right in thinking if it was dated 17th December then it would be outside the 28 day rule but becus its dated 18th and the 18th is the 28th day exactly spot on that it will still be counted within the 28 days? Many thanks
