Re: Long Residence (10 Year) Route 180 Days Absence

For long residence it is any SINGLE absence of 180 days ore more, not multiple absence making 180 days per 12 month cycle. You have posted before that you already have ILR based on 10 years long residence?? https://www.immigrationboards.com/immigration-for-family-members/t1e-dependant-visa-to-spous...

Long Residence (10 Year) Route 180 Days Absence

Dear member,

I am going to apply for ILR via 10 year long residence route.

I left the UK on 3 March 2014 and returned on 22 August 2014, total absence 171 days.

Then I left the UK on14 Jan 2015 and returned on 27 Jan 2015, total absence 12 days.

Am I over the 180 days absence limit?

Many thanks

Because she left the UK with a valid visa then the 28 days rule was not applicable to her.
Given that she left with a valid visa and returned within 180 days, her continuous residence was maintained under long residence
Dear Zimba, thank you for the answer :D

Re: T1E extension to ILR

Also the staff advised I should wait for the T1E extension approved and then apply for 10 years ILR. My family would stay on T1E dependant and apply for ILR once they qualify via T1E dependant route. Is that correct? No this is NOT correct. Your dependents CANNOT get ILR based on 5 years Tier 1 dep...

Re: T1E extension to ILR

Hi Zimba, I read it from your previous post. It says you can only vary a valid application. When Biometrics are not enrolled, then that previous application will be considered invalid . https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/urgent-reply-to-ho-vary-tier-2-to-ilr-t291807.html#p...

Re: Financial Requirement-Divided,Rental income while renting home

Hi seagul, as the Appendix 1.7 (page 42) states "The amount of rental income from property received before any management fee was deducted may be counted." Doesn't that mean the first two months rent can be counted? Personally I and most of us must never ever seen such agreement where letting agent...

Re: Financial Requirement-Divided,Rental income while renting home

It is rental income before management fees, as the Appendix 1.7 (page 42) clearly states. Presumably the mortgage is only in your name and not with another person. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/826340/Appendix-FM-1-7-Financial-Requir...
