Both parents mutually agreeing to allow child to spend time with grandparents in India. Child will be travellling to India with grandparents. On...

Re: I think I got caught over speeding

Do not panic. Overspeeding doesnt represents your character :-) This will not affect your naturalisation (unless ofcourse you have killed somebody - which clearly you have not -- so dont kill yourself over it as well ) This isolated incident will not affect your application process. Beside, it is al...

Re: UK Transit Visa

My friend is travelling from India to US. He is having Indian passport. The transit visa is so that he can come out of the airport, instead of waiting in the Airside terminal for 8 hours, and meet me.
Why would he need a transit visa? London is in the UK. :?

Re: TAX Query TIER 1 Genral to ILR

You can have this explained by your accountant in a letter. This should be fine. Most companies doesn't immediately give dividends/renumerations "in" the same financial year. So this should be BAU. But you need to explain this vrey clearly in your cover letter and also get a letter from your account...

** you paid the fine ** you do not have any CCJ ** you have not hide the incident in the previous visa renewals ** you receive via renewals/extension even after declaring the incidents So I personally think you should be fine. You being upfront about the incident and declaring it from the very begin...

Re: in a way yes its illegal

Yes, this should not be done as per the rules. Am not quite sure how in UK, one with Tier2 general work visa can accept a contract job n look for sponsor again. In your case, if your sponsor does not offer any job, then only you can switch That is not entirely true. If you can find better things to...

Re: RE: ENTREPRENEUR.....very urgent

Your business plan depends on: 1. Nature of your business. 2. How much you know about the industry? 3. Industry competitiveness. 4. Investment available/seeking. 5. Growth prospect. Ideally, I would include all the above along with the Cash Flow projections of the business. I would personally like t...

Re: Is it compulsory to pay tax to qualify for ILR...Very Ur

Hi All, I am on Tier1 (General) and applying for ILR. I have not paid any tax in one tax year (out of 5 years) as I was unemployed (was on tier-1 at that time and was out of country. not having more than 180 days holiday in any 12 months). My HMRC employment letter correctly shows that I have earne...

HSBC doesn't block/freeze account as long as you can explain the money. Also if money is transferred to your account from another bank account (instead of cash deposit) then there is not a problem as bank can always trace the account from where it is transferred.

It is better to drop-in to college if you are not able to reach them via email/phone etc. Since it is the matter of visa/extension, you shouldn't reply or sit back and wait for the information from others. Better go to the college and inquire in-person. Iz anyone knw about london international colle...

I have seen some instances where candidate have requested CW to grant him visa/extension from the last day of the expiry of the current visa. And CW has done so provided he is explained why you are asking for it. But again that depends on the case worker and shoudn't be taken for granted. Going thro...

It is better to have evidence to show the continuity of past 5 years. You can also have letter from your employer confirming your employment in past 5 years.

Though it is not asked but it depends on the case worker. If he asks for these proof and you don't have it...it might delay the outcome.

Re: Tier 1 General Extension as a Limited company Director

If company is earning from more than one source, that is total different from the where you are earning. You are earning form only one source i.e. your company where you are employed. Here you need to treat earnings of your company separate from your earning. If I were you, I would still apply as em...
