Tier 2 General Cooling off period

hello,

Is there any cooling off period for changing employer under Tier 2 General? Can anyone make another application for Tier 2 leave to remain to work with a new employer just after a month of changing the job? There is any limit to how many application one can make?

Thanks in advance

Salary increase for ILR under Tier 2 General

Hello,

I know in order to be eligible for ILR under Tier 2 after April 2018 the salary has to be £35500 per year. Please can anyone advise from when the increase in salary needs to be shown? Is it couple of months before the application or 12 months prior to the application?

Thanks in advance.

Re: New Job after redundancy in the UK

Thanks for your prompt reply,
As Tier 2 is point based system then there is no need to mention about being made redundant by previous employer, right?

New Job after redundancy in the UK

Hello,

If an application is made for change of employer after getting redundant then is it worth mentioning about redundancy in the new application? Do you think if it is mentioned then home office will show some leniency whilst processing it?

I have heard going forward employers recruiting Non-EU labour will be charged £1000 per year.
Please can anyone advise when will it be implemented? Has the law been passed already?
