Re: British Citizenship + Passport using online form and NDRS & JCAP service

Many thanks! I have got all the tax office reference numbers now. Does anyone have any input about my other 2 questions: I. The form asks if my husband is Naturalised ( he is a dual Irish/British citizen, born in Dublin but his dad got him a British passport when he was a teenager because he was Bri...

The form asks if my husband is Naturalised (he is a dual Irish/British citizen, born in Dublin but his dad got him a British passport when he was a teenager because he was British). Technicaly I believed he would be 'Registered' no...

Re: British Citizenship + Passport using online form and NDRS & JCAP service

Many thanks both for your input. Re Q4 . I just want to clarify that I lived and worked in the UK (as a student and then with a post-study visa) before getting married and spending a few months abroad. I re-entered the UK as the spouse of an EEA citizen after that. So I want to double check if I hav...

British Citizenship + Passport using online form and NDRS & JCAP service

Hello, I am in the process pf applying for British Citizenship through NDRS (online form). These are my questions: 1. Do you have to print the referee pages before you pay or submit the application)? 2. I saw a note online that after 5th Nov 2018 you don't have to attach a photo of the applicant any...

Re: Are the 'Sure Start Maternity Grant' and 'Child Tax Credits' considered public funds in PR applications?

The Child Tax credit counts as on of the benefits that make you eligible for the sure start maternity grant but if any of these are considered public funds I would request them.

Could someone please help me confirm?

Re: Refusal to issue a RESIDENCE CARD - EEA

In case this helpful for anyone reading this post, we appealed and we won. The judge almost had an expression on his face like 'what are we doing here, this is so clear', we were not even 10 min in the room. I did get an immigration barrister to go through everything and send all the paperwork for u...

PR for Non-EEA spouse of self-employed UK/EU national

Hi some questions and context about my situation: My spouse My spouse is a dual EU/UK national who has been living in the UK for more than 25 years. 1. Thank you Ravii,

If I apply now for a spouse visa can I apply within the UK? or I would have to apply from abroad?

Also, we didn't receive my passport back with the letter and papers, they only sent my husbands passport. Is this normal? The letter says I should start making arrangements to leave.

Thanks for your reply. We supplied invoices, company´s house registration, bank statements but not a letter from the accountant nor business accounts. My husband is a dual Irish/British citizen: he was raised in Ireland but he has been living in the UK for nearly 20 years now. I currently have a EEA...

Refusal to issue a RESIDENCE CARD - EEA

Hello, My residency card application for the UK has been refused (I applied under EEA law). Perhaps it would be better to wait and apply for the Residence card before planning any holidays as I don´t want to risk my new job. I think I can handle the rainy British summer.

Many thanks for all your help.

Hello, I entered the UK with a EEA Family Permit, which was valid for 6 months. The permit has expired but I haven't been able to apply for a Residence Card yet as it can take up to 6 months and I needed my passport for work related paperwork. Now my husband and I would like to go on a holiday to Cr...
