Re: dual EEA and British

Thank you!!

So, family members of dual citizens have rights every single EEA citizen in the UK and they can rely on these rights, they don’t have to apply for British Visa (because they have EEA rights, correct?

Family members should apply. A British citizen cannot, because a British citizen is not subjectable to leave.

Ok. But if dual will not apply, will they not lose their EEA rights?

Re: 1st British Passport for baby. Parent- dual national

If mother applies for childs passport based on her British Passport - is this ok since the father relies on mothers EU passport and rights, not British rights? Your husband's status is completely irrelevant to the British passport application for a child. Presumably you were already British at the ...

Re: Question about filling in the online Naturalisation form

Ah, and one more silly question: Family name (in case of married woman) is the maiden surname or after marriage surname? I am not sure in case of filling in details of my mum is her maiden name or after marriage surname?

Thank you!!
