Spouse Visa and Separation

I am aware on separating the dependant is given 28 days to leave the UK, however I don't know if this applies if: 1) The Couple is legally married and is yet to go through a divorce 2) They are children (2) from the relationship. Surely one can't be denied access to one's kids, or is it possible? 3)...

Just got my ASCO code approved. Nop..not divorced yet though Wifey may file for one soon. We got married in Zambia and am only in the Country as a dependent of the wife. We are now separated and don't live together.......doesn't that mean I should be deported now?

Spouse Dependent Visa-Separation

Just been to the UK for a year on a WP dependent Visa. In the period we got a baby (Now 4 months) we had another already who is now ten and is also in the UK. Marriage has failed to work does that mean I will be deported...leaving my kids behind? HELP!
