Pre-settled status for in-laws under a family member

Hi, I have settled status in the UK and have a Greek Passport. My wife has a Pakistani passport and a pre-settled UK visa. I applied for my in-laws, and they received a EUSS visa. They arrived in the UK a month, and I was trying to apply for a pre-settled visa. However, the category I have to choose...

Thank you all. But can anyone help me to understand whether the family dependents members can live separately before/after the family permit switch?

Can EU dependent live separately?

Hi, My father-in-law and mother-in-law came to the UK a week ago through a EUSS family permit. I declared that they were dependent on me. But I am wondering whether they can now live in a separate house or in a different city. The father-in-law wants to do a job but there are no jobs around and he w...

EUSS permit after expiry

Hi, My inlaws got their EUSS family permit Entry Clearance visas, and they are coming next month. Their visas are valid for six months and will expire in January 2023. My question is, what is their next route, and how to extend their visas? Is there any form available online? I will appreciate the r...

Father receives a EUSS entry visa, but there is no update on the mother.

Both father and mother’s EUSS applications were submitted simultaneously in Islamabad. VFS called the mother the next day regarding some document upload issues. They went again, and the documents were scanned again. VFS Global sent a confirmation email to the father but not the mother. At that time,...

Re: VFS Global and UKVI

Thanks for your reply.
The problem is that they did not give any refusal letter with the passport last time. The refusal letter was sent via email more than a week before the VFS Global message. I assume this time would be the same, they will give sealed passports without any decision letter.

Re: EUSS ending in March 2022

Thanks. A few people who already applied for their families. They have been told by their solicitors. I sent them the official link which does not mention any such claims.

Re: What is the appeal website for EUSS permit

Hi, Thanks for your reply. I think the options are wrong. The correct option seems the last one "I have received an appealable decision on any other application and the decision is dated on or after 6 April 2015." This shows the option "Against a decision restricting your rights under the EEA right ...

What is the appeal website for EUSS permit

Hi to the forum,
What is the website to use for appeal from the UK for a parent in India?
The website link https://www.gov.uk/immigration-asylum-tribunal
does not show any option.

Thanks
