Re: Settlement visa - acct letter - pls advice correct or no

Well wording is less important than numerical figures. If the above details are true and corroborate with ur statements and financial documents then it seems ok. Do not forget UKBA contact ur company in most cases so if they want to clear something they will ask ur company. They even ask for further ...

Well in this case u must wait for another three months. But still i m afraid u r not eligible to sponsor for spouse visa. Re: WHAT CURRENCY IS IHS IN?

This is very common. You can pay in rupees and also by the UK debit card. But here is bonus plus point. It seems nice if ur sponsor pays for ur application and IHS payment through their card. @john

They will always send you the standard emails. So do not expect them to answer ur query. To get answer for query call their international enquiry helpline. May be they can help.
They only can give u update on ur visa application.(using email form on gov.uk)

Re: Spouse visa Financial Requirement and other questions

Well it depends on what category u r applying. Cat A or Cat B, If u r applying in Cat A. You must show six months payslips (employment is not changed or u r working with them for a long period of time) Cat B, where ur employment changes or income changes. In this cat u may rely on ur previous employ...
