I am in unique situation of living in Northern Ireland and my fiancée is Brazilian but based in the Republic of Ireland. Can she still use her Irish visa to work? Or is it considered dead...

Re: TLS docs uploading

Does anyone here know when you are uploading documents as the sponsor do you need to select different categories or simply select sponsor evidence?

Re: Deeds

Thank you. On the original description of the property there is no address as when it was built in 1860 the house and church were the properties in the vicinity and were just: “Methodist church and manse, ***** Street” but I’m hoping that will still be enough to satisfy with employer letter, utility...

TLS documents

Does anyone know what category to select when self-uploading docs on TLS? Obviously with a fiancé visa a lot of the evidence is the sponsors so do you put it all under sponsors evidence? Or do you break it up into employment, financial, accommodation? Some of my employment, financial and accommodati...

Deeds

Hi all,

Sorry me again. I have managed to secure a trust deed for the church manse I live in but the deed is for the appointment of local trustees over the “ministers residence and the church premises” from 1984. Would you include this in the documents?

Re: Birth certificate

Sorry for continuing the flog a dead horse but I spoke to an immigration advisor this morning who says that employer letter won’t be enough, I need the title deed. I rang solicitor who said the title deed is 160 years old so it’s not easily copied and shouldn’t really be needed for proof of ownershi...

Re: Financial requirements

my 6 months of evidence for the financial requirements all have the updated address on them. It's only the period March-June 2019 that would have the old address if I was submitting 12 months of evidence. From what I am seeing here 6 months evidence should be okay to submit. My employer letter state...
