I appeal my visa in march 2020 And December 2018 is processing now in Dublin

So I just want to know , can I withdraw my application and to apply after 1 month with new application because it takes to much to process my appeal? I can’t wait 2-3 years for spouse visa.

We send all the documents a consulate asked me but they didn’t send in Dublin. We prove all documents, we are all okay. What was the reason for denial? I applied for join spouse visa September 2017 and got my visa in 6 months. Did you pass all the requirements? I think they’re very lenient in terms of giving spouse visa. Maybe you didn’t provide enough proof of your relationship? Anyway, I think you can appeal that ...

After a year waiting for join spouse visa, I received a negative answer.
Can you please help me what to do now? It’s the best way to get a lawyer and to proceed further ?
