can u kindly share ur timeline plz...frind f mine applied in december...received d same letter as urs... sent d photos n after 1 week got BRp letter and within 1 week received d BRp card

u will receive biometrics letter within 1-2 weeks and leave to remain brp card after tht ... max 2-3 weeks for this process

i applied for my childs T form myself...u just need to get letters from all nursery and schools the dste u started and left..thts all along with red book, imunisation record... and u can read the guidance for form T for detailed info...good luck

Can you plz tell how long its taking for asylum related appeal hearing in upper tribunal..we are granted permission to appeal from upper tribunal few weeks ago based on child been here for over 7 years. Eldest child is short of 4-5 months before turning 10. Plz share your experience.thanks

it all depends on the case worker...if she/he think its a straightforward case u shud get d decision very soon few weeks to a month... however...sometime they cerify d claims n u can only challenge it by judicial review...u have done ur part now just relax and wait for d decision....good luck
