But on homeoffice website I did not see any thing like this that in a fresh application (in case of rejection) there will not be any appeal right.....if you have any authentic source about this please forward that to me. Waiting your valuable reply

Hi
If you check the HO wordings ......
You can not stay more than 3 years on level 4/5 and
Not more than 5 years on level 6/7.....
It does not mean you can not stay more than 8 years on tier 4 visa
So in my point of view you can spend 2 more years on level 6/7

Brother ... in this situation please dont do your biometric....then home office will send you another biometric letter so in this way you gain almost two months time....during this time....do IELTS...hopefully you will get good in IELTS...
