Re: Stopped at Airport

I know i shouldn't be but its just i was reading elsewhere and it said they have right to exercise anything and hence i was worried if that happens in my case even though its all genuine.

Re: Stopped at Airport

I agree coz what i think in my case is i get stopped is because in the past i had tier 2 curtailed which is the only reason i can see they keep stopping me at the airport but i did change the visa within the agreed timeline after curtailment as apart from that i cannot think of any other thing. I to...

It is 6 different documents, spread evenly over the 2 years if the documents are in joint names. You need more if you don't have enough in joint names. The FLR(M) form states clearly what is required, roughly around page 64/65.
Thanks

Re: Tier 2 to Spouse visa

Your Tier 2 visa would have been cancelled automatically when your spouse visa was granted. You cannot hold two visa for the UK simultaneously. You only need to update your employer with your new visa details for their 'right to work' checks. sorry misread the reply, so you're suggesting as soon as...

Are you intending to apply for FLR(M)? If so, are you aware that it will re-set your clock to zero with 5 years before you will qualify for ILR? HMRC should be notified of your marriage. yes i am aware but with FLR(m) it will give me more flexibility with job and hence the reason. I haven't informe...
