Re: student visa with dependent

They are code numbers that you include on the application. I don't understand how an employer letter is relevant to a Student or d...

Re: 10 Year Long Residency

Only RECORDABLE offences matter (These are serious offences that can carry a prison sentence like drink driving). If you never been to court or never received a conviction, then ignore it @Zimba, once last question if for any reason the ILR application has issues which i hope it doesn't with all do...

You should be fine
Thanks Zimba.
One last question do any driving penalties have any impact on ILR ? I had about 6 points back in 2013 due to jumping traffic lights and the licence was revoked as i acquired those points in 1st year of passing my test.

It is 6 different documents, spread evenly over the 2 years if the documents are in joint names. You need more if you don't have enough in joint names. The FLR(M) form states clearly what is required, roughly around page 64/65.
Thanks

Re: Tier 2 to Spouse visa

Your Tier 2 visa would have been cancelled automatically when your spouse visa was granted. You cannot hold two visa for the UK simultaneously. You only need to update your employer with your new visa details for their 'right to work' checks. sorry misread the reply, so you're suggesting as soon as...
