Re: Is it normal to receive COA and bio same time?

I had an email confirmation first, then Bio metric letter, then COA with right to work. The email was generic one with no right to work. This is very resent. Usually u get COA with right to work after completing the finger prints etc at post office. Did you fill in a valid email address on your app...

Is it normal to receive COA and bio same time?

Hello I recently made an application to the HO as the unmarried partner of an EEA national. Before this, I have often read on this forum that people first receive their bio-letter, and then COA, after they have done the biometric enrolment. Two weeks after posting my application, I recieved a letter...

Question about how claiming CTC and WTC can affect me

I'm about to put in an application to the HO as the durable partner of EEA national. My EEA partner has been working full time for almost 3 years and we have lived together over 2 years of that time. We recently had a baby early on this year and my partner is on statutory maternity pay which isn't r...

Re: EEA4 for a durable partner - correct application date??

Hi there, I am a silent follower of this forum and I would appreciate if someone could please share some advice. I am an EEA national with a permanent residence card dated February 2018. My partner (Non-EU - durable partner) was issued a residence permit in June 2013 (5 years - expiring on the 15th...

Re: Help With EEA Application As A Durable Partner

Again, read the guidance I mentioned above. There are requirements for documents to support your application. Although, EEA applications are more relaxed concerning the documents' availability. All you can do is to try your best and submit everything you have. Having both parents' names on the chil...

Re: Help With EEA Application As A Durable Partner

Well, if this is the same post you wrote last year, the reason you did not have reply is in your question. It is not clear which advice you asking for. There is no definite question here. Reading between the lines, I can say the following: 1. Your penalty should not be a problem as long as you disc...

Re: Help With EEA Application As A Durable Partner

Thanks 4uvak for responding. From what I gather reading this forum, my EU fiancée is a qualified person. She has been working most of the two years we have lived together and is currently on maternity leave and receiving statutory maternity payments every fortnightly. She has wage slips, bank account...

Help With EEA Application As A Durable Partner

I started a thread about this late last year but I did not get any replies(not sure what I did wrong :( ) I have been living illegally in the UK for almost 13 years. I have no criminal convictions or any contact with the law, but I do have a court penalty from about 10 years ago to pay transport for...

Help With EEA Application

I have been living in the UK illegally for 12 years. I came on a 6 month tourist Visa in 2005 from Africa and overstayed. I have lived with my EEA fiancé for about two years and recently, we had a baby girl. The arrival of our baby forced us to postpone wedding plans as money is tight and the baby i...
