Hi Seth,

I called Immigration Bureau. They gave me new fax no. for urgent treatment which is 01142072536. The lady said just have to write a letter (no form available). The letter should include reference no. D.O.B & Nationality.

Hope it helps

I am not from India, so I can tell you that in Pakistan they make more strict checks. Like they may ask you ID Number, D.O.B etc. as it is expected to be in company records.

Might also ask some details like I.D of person answering the phone, just to verify if its the right person.

Thanks vinny,

But to me it's still a bit confusing... Does this mean that I have to send in all documents for qualifications, previous earnings again?

Sorry, but just need reassurance.

student's stay outside UK

Hi friends,

Just have a quick but important question.
Is there a rule or law for people on a UK student visa, that they cannot stay outside UK for more than three months during their visa validity/ course of study?

thanks

,

Maybe adding more detail would help answer the query. My husband works in Italy. I supplied details of my husband’s work and his bank statement when I applied for my daughter’s dependent visa once in Nov’07 and the other time in Jan’08. Now as a student I have found part-time work in UK. So ...
