Just curious to know whether a work visa is required for Irish nationals to work in US ?

Also what about US nationals to work in Ireland? Do they need visa to work in Ireland?

I know that with Irish "Visiting visa", Indian nationals could visit UK. Is the same not applicable to Irish "Business Visa" holders?

I would like to know whether a separate UK visa is required for an Indian national with Ireland Business Visa to visit UK?
