Citizenship Documents

Hi all, I have a question regarding the acceptable documents required for citizenship application. My husband, an EU citizen is applying and while on one section of the website it says that p60s are acceptable as one of the proofs of address, another section says that the documents must all have an ...

Re: €300 Registration fee for temporary Stamp 4; Family member of EU citizen.

Does anyone have any further updates on this? Are these just isolated instances or are the spouses/family members of Eu members now required to pay this fee?

Thanks.

Re: Treaty rights review

Hi...while I do not wish to scare you, it is not quite true that change in employment will not affect your case. My husband changed his job and I informed the office quite promptly. However, perhaps due to their being disorganized, the refused my application after calling his first boss and being t...

Re: Stamp 4 EUFAM Review with no temporary extension.

Hi, I personally would not recommend that you leave the country before your case is resolved. You will need a re-entry visa to return to Ireland, and since you don't have an up to date stamp it looks like you'll need to stay put, unfortunately. Re: EU1 Residency Card Refusal//Confused!

I would strongly advise to get a recent letter from the initial employer with your appeal paperwork. Ask him to request the letter directly from HR, in my company these letters are produced on the same day or the very next day. Thanks max307. We have requested a letter and will send it along with t...

Re: EU1 Residency Card Refusal//Confused!

Thanks for your reply, max307 Yes, that is what happened, but I'm surprised they didn't even appear to take the rest of my file into consideration, or even the letter that accompanied the second employment contract. I have recent payslips and was thinking of submitting them along with his P60 and em...
