Ok thanks, so to double check, she needs to send all the paperwork she send for her PR application? The only thing is that she is no longer with her husband and didn't want him to help her plus she did not put hus name in baby's birth certificate. Do you think she can still apply for baby's passport...

Thanks Noajthan, I believed it would be the case but don't why they make things so hard. We have requested SAR using a pilot free scheme response came through but there was not any information anywhere on that bundle regarding the PR date send them request again stressing what we need from them.

Scorpio81 can I please ask you if you have received that letter together with your supporting documents or did come separate? The reason I'm asking is because I have received my supporting documents but no letter at all. Would appreciate if you let me know please.

Thanks for confirming. It a bit relieved. If it's normal than I don't have to worry before receiving actua letter. I was thinking it's just in my case there is no letter at all with the supporting documents. Will update as soon as i het the letter.

Thanks for your replies. I have called him again and he said there is no letter at all and that he expects to recieve a decision in couple of days. CR001 do you think its normal that there is no letter at all with supporting docs?

Yes Lillypad mine was recieved by HO on 15th and still waiting. Will call them after 15th although I heard they count from the time payment taken. We will wait and see no other choice :D

My solicitor send the alication in june however because of payment issue it was returned and was sent again on 16 of July and so far no approval:(. Hope good news will be soon for all of us.

Mhrkrd, wait is normal, there are people who been waiting for longer then you, and it can take up to six month or even longer on some casses to get the decision from Home Office.

Fathet of the non eea child is eea national and the child is british citizen, proceding could have been initiated in the UK but divorce is already finalised abroad and decree absolute been issued. Does she have to divorce in the UK as well?

Era national is PR holder and in employment as well as non eea worker on maternity at the moment. What's the procedure for people divorcing abroad do you know? Do they have to apply for divorce and straight fly back to the UK? What about attending the court? Thanks for your replies
